Job Description

Senior Credit Controller - Recruitment background£36,000 + bonus1 day in London office / 4 days WFH

Hands on managing a ledger of £7 million
Dealing with NHS, private hospitals, schools, colleges and universities
Responsible for the use of online portals and self billing clients
Management of cash postings and reconciliation
Resolution of discrepancies on accounts
Weekly meetings with management to update progress on set targets
Assisting with chairing the credit meetings on monthly basis
Assisting with supervising a team of 5 credit controllers and offshore team in India with a view to taking full ownership of this in the future
The role will progress into assisting with setting of KPI, ledger reviews and performance management
Report to management on DSO and risk debt

RequirementsMy client is ideally looking for a Senior Credit Controller who is looking to progress their career. You would be joining a large recruitment group, reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance as part of a newly created structure.

5+ years working in recruitment / healthcare within credit control is essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload and to lead by example
A desire to want to supervisor a team and progress your career
