Job Description

Do you have a solid background working as an Executive Assistant and ready for a new challenge We are currently seeking someone with proven experience as an EA previously, to work with one of the largest regulatory firms in the UK.You will be joining an existing team to provideadditionalsupport in a closing project, so we are looking for someone who has had experience working as an Executive Assistant previously. You will need t be able to communicate effectively with stakeholdersat different levels, provide extensive diary and inbox management and organise and coordinate meetings.Business OverviewOur client challenges the industry to adapt by supporting innovation and improving competition so that the UK benefits from world-leading payment systems. They have a bold vision forthe future of payments in the UK and are looking for people who can help us achieve our strategic priorities.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing key day-to-day support and assistance to the HoD inclusive of complex diary and mailbox management, external liaison and the co-ordination of briefings, agendas and papers.
  • Producing accurate and timely minutes and following up actions.
  • Representing the HoD and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively participating in the wider PA and Business Support team to ensure a consistent approach across the organisation, supporting or covering colleagues’ absence as required.
  • Working and supporting the team on projects
  • Booking and arranging meetings
Skills Required
  • Strong organisiational skills
  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • MS Office proficient - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work under pressure in fast paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of different audiences
