Job Description

One of the UKs best known non-profit organisations is looking for an operations manager to add to their retail store support team! This individual will be responsible for managing all activity associated with this charitys fleet of vehicles, as well ascoordinatingactivities to support the retail field leadership team. If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual, and have experience within fleet management, wed love to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  • play a vital role in contract control with the organisations leasing and hire companies including monitoring control costs, scrutinising fleet data, managing fleet maintenance and ensuring SLAs are being adhered to
  • monitor driver telematics using Geotab, authorise self-employed driver expenses, and arrange driver cover where necessary
  • provide administration associated with fuel cards including ordering, renewing and cancelling cards, as well as carrying out benchmarking to ensure provider value
  • Monitor, upload and flag retail field training completion rates, store performance management reports and purchase orders where applicable
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, venues and key retail meetings on behalf of the retail field leadership team
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience managing an organisations fleet
  • Demonstratable experience of using business systems and processes, including ordering, purchase to pay and expenses
  • Experience managing SLAs and carrying out benchmarking exercises to ensure requirements can be properly met
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office packages
  • Have previously provided professional coordination service to a leadership/management team
  • Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills
