Job Description

Residential Lettings AnalystPRS Team - Based in Stratford Salary: £36,100 - £42,000Office based with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week (60-80% Office Based)Our clients Private Rented Sector portfolio is set to expand greatly over the coming years to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital. We are currently recruiting a Residential Lettings Analyst to join the department.Your main purpose will be to inform management of development opportunities by providing appropriate lettings & marketing analysis linked to pricing, unit lay-outs, optimum development mix i.e. units sizes, specification, lettings forecast period, identifytimeframe for delivery of marketing suite and show homes in order to meet the required lettings rates to optimise business efficiencies and profit.You will be responsible for:

  • Provide complete data analysis specific for Residential and Lettings
  • Monitor and provide information for development opportunities.
  • Contribute towards team objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Report on all aspects of lettings performance to ensure early action is taken to meet or exceed the divisional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collate market intelligence information and inform management of relevant market trends and forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members within the Development Division.
  • Regularly update optimum rental values on existing schemes to aid in the pricing of renewals and relets to maximise income.
  • Attend Project Team Working meetings with Regional Directors to ensure all lettings requirements are addressed and agreed.
  • Strong familiarisation with industry wide software such as Hometracl, Molior, rightmove, office of national statistics
To be successful in the role you will have:
  • Experience valuing properties for lettings with demonstratable knowledge of the property market with the ability to collate and analyse lettings data in a demanding environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach to working with others, developing, and influencing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other Trust teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce detailed and accurate reports and forecasts to a high standard.
  • ARLA qualification
