Our client, a successful and expanding law firm, represents blue chip clients, vehicle manufacturers, vehicle leasing companies, fleets and private clients. Having won new contracts and expanded their service, they are seeking an experienced Recoveries Paralegalor Fee Earner to join their team. The position will involve handling a caseload of diminution cases, salvage and vehicle repossession cases. The position includes the following functions:* Handling and managing cases.* Responding to pre-issue disputes.* Reviewing Defences and highlighting any issues.* Compiling trial bundles and hearing bundles.* Setting up case plans to deal with the differing scenarios that arise.This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and successful firm during an exciting period of growth.
