Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager in Stocksfield. Your duties will be as follows:

  • Managing the office staff, including recruitment, training and supervising
  • Creation of new job adverts, sending out letters and contracts
  • Responsible for onboarding and induction
  • Coordinating office schedules, meetings and events
  • Maintaining the office equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Handling the office correspondence and documenting as required
  • Managing the insurance policies and utility contracts for the business
  • Supporting the Senior Management team with general administration tasks
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop and progress. There will be an opportunity to do your CIPD qualification if this is of interest to you.
