It will involve educating, training, influencing and persuading, listening and reporting back to our Chief Executive and our Board.You will need to make connections with all of the people we support and with every team and every staff member. Although we know it will be challenging and sometimes may be frustrating work, the reward will be making sure that the people we support help shape the culture and the future of our Trust.
