Job Description

Domus Recruitment are working closely with our client based in Bristol, that are looking for a HR Business Partner, to manage the frontline HR department. This role will include establishing best proactive, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding,analysis of key people data and compliance.You will be able to take initiative, and lead on projects throughout the HR team. Ideally, you will hold your CIPD Level 5, and have past experience in a HR Generalist role.Key Responsibilities of a HR Business Partner:

  • Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts
  • Carry out process reviews and policy updates ensuring they are relevant and up to date.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to the development of policy, process, or approach, reflecting external best practice ensuring added value to the business.
  • Ensure the deployment of HR processes to meet the requirements of the area supported, including ensuring that these are fully implemented and deliver the intended benefit to the business or areas supported.
  • With confidence and influence, use appropriate levels of coaching, challenging practices and conscious recognition to support and develop the business.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified – level 5
  • Ideally educated to degree level or relevant equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role with emphasis on recruitment, employee engagement, communications and front line/first line support to employees and managers
  • Experience of regulated services within adult social care or Housing is an advantage.
  • Experience with negotiating and influencing managers.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law issues and best practice.
  • Strong IT Skills
