Job Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with an NHS Trust in South Yorkshire to recruit a Quality Administration Assistant on an interim basis for an initial 3 months, with the possibility of it being extended and also a potential permanentrole for the right candidate.This role will be remote working and requires someone with previous administrative experience.Duties;

  • To ensure databases are updated and the records are maintained accurately
  • To update the patient experience database and assist with the complaints and concerns files
  • To provide comprehensive administrative support for the Safeguarding team, including production of minutes, reports and agendas
  • To manage diaries of the team leaders and arrange meetings as necessary
  • To process all correspondence including emails, calls and online enquiries
The Person;
  • Substantial experience in a receptionist or administrative level, including
  • Ability to minute meetings and transcribe minutes to a high standard
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using e-mail, telephone, or face to face
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues with tact
  • Attention to detail and able to see tasks through to completion
  • Flexible, self-motivated, team worker - outgoing and resourceful
