Summary Working at the National trusts Wentworth Castle Gardens Long Barn Caf. You will be leading a large diverse team as F&B manager, coaching, nurturing, and developing the team to deliver fantastic service to our visitors whilst maximising sales at every opportunityand identifying new income opportunities.The hours: 37.5hrs, 5 days over 7 Inc. weekends. Youll be used to working with people of all ages and backgrounds and you love the buzz of being at the heart of a busyF&B environment.As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team. Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind the scenes operations, from admin to people managementand everything in between! Youll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve.Youll be hands on with the day to day running of our F&B operations, managing and overseeing the running of our existing fast pace caf. Its a busy business and were constantly on the go. Were open all year round there are so many elements to lead on,but youll also look to see what else we can do to develop our seasonal offering. We want to grow our facilities, as were already fully booked during the peak seasons, we want your ideas to develop the business, but its also your job to make sure that wecontinue to deliver that exceptional service on a busy summers day.One of the key elements of your role will be delivering an excellent visitor welcome, as a high percentage of our visitors will spend time in the caf, so its critical that their experience is as good as anywhere else on the property.Please see role profile attached.
