Job Description

ORDER PROCESSING EXECUTIVE OPPRTUNITY WITH BEAUTY PRODUCT SPECIALIST IN NORTH LONDON!Do you have Order Form management/Order processing experienceDo you have a high attention to detail and strong Ms Excel skillsDo you have a passion for the fashion/beauty industryIf all the above questions have caught your eye/interest, then this is a role for you. Based in North London, my client is a beauty product specialist, supplying luxury brands from USA and Europe to major retailers in the UK such as Harrods, Selfridges,M & S and more.The company is currently looking for a customer Order Processing & Fulfilment executive to join their small, yet vibrant team of service oriented individuals, who place a high value on satisfying their customers with the best service delivery possible.The role also offers Hybrid working with a maximum of 3 days working from the office and 2 days from home.The main roles and responsibilities for this role are:

  • To manage end-to-end process from raising customer purchase orders, to raising customer invoices upon dispatch
  • Appropriate liaison with our 3rd Party warehouse to manage customer orders
  • Management and appropriate use of customer portals
  • Ownership and maintenance of the customer order forms.
  • Maintaining the customer prices/updates in Sage
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Being part of appropriate project teams e.g., EDI Project
  • Working closely all other functional units within the business, especially the Supply Manager to maintain accurate demand forecasts for products
