ORDER PROCESSING EXECUTIVE OPPRTUNITY WITH BEAUTY PRODUCT SPECIALIST IN NORTH LONDON!Do you have Order Form management/Order processing experienceDo you have a high attention to detail and strong Ms Excel skillsDo you have a passion for the fashion/beauty industryIf all the above questions have caught your eye/interest, then this is a role for you. Based in North London, my client is a beauty product specialist, supplying luxury brands from USA and Europe to major retailers in the UK such as Harrods, Selfridges,M & S and more.The company is currently looking for a customer Order Processing & Fulfilment executive to join their small, yet vibrant team of service oriented individuals, who place a high value on satisfying their customers with the best service delivery possible.The role also offers Hybrid working with a maximum of 3 days working from the office and 2 days from home.The main roles and responsibilities for this role are:

To manage end-to-end process from raising customer purchase orders, to raising customer invoices upon dispatch
Appropriate liaison with our 3rd Party warehouse to manage customer orders
Management and appropriate use of customer portals
Ownership and maintenance of the customer order forms.
Maintaining the customer prices/updates in Sage
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Being part of appropriate project teams e.g., EDI Project
Working closely all other functional units within the business, especially the Supply Manager to maintain accurate demand forecasts for products
