Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic growing successful business based in Enfield, full details are below, please apply within if interested:Role: Credit Control AdministratorLocation: EnfieldSalary: Up to £27k + discretionary bonus + generous annual leave packageAnnual Leave: 25 days annual leave (company also closed for Christmas but this is not taken out of annual leave) + bank holidaysContract type: Permanent, full time - HybridRole• Support the Credit Control department with the debt recovery service• Invoice debt chasing to ensure that our fees are paid promptly.• Resolve invoicing queries raised by clients• Input customer related data accurately and efficiently• Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified• Monitor and assisting to secure documentation from customers and clients• Opening new accounts• Banking• Credit Limit Increases• Account Maintenance• Copy invoice requests• Processing automated reminders for unpaid client invoices daily• Monitor office bank accounts for receipts, reconcile details and input transactions• Liaise with service providers, banks and other clients as required• Deal with internal and client enquiries (e.g. account balances, breakdown of charges, copy invoices etc.)• Assist with invoicing, various billing portals, transactions and related queries• Database administration to ensure accurate data is maintained and updated as required• Assist with the day-to-day administrative support as and when requiredPlease note, only applicants that have experience of the above tasks will be considered for this role.
