If you fulfil the below criteria and are interested in thisroleplease apply asap.Invoice Query AdministratorLocation EnfieldLine Manager Commercial Finance CSDepartment FinancePurpose:This role will be reporting into the Commercial Finance Team within the Finance department to actively filter and distribute customer queries to the relevant departments and staff members for resolution.Role dimensions/KPIs:Providing direct support to the Query and AR teams. Responsibilities are listed below.Principal Responsibilities:Performing the following duties:Invoice Query Identification Managing the customer queries daily, so that these are flagged in system Direct queries to the appropriate department/individual to resolve Liaise with both the business and customers to help achieve a speedy, but commercial resolution to the query Provide MI on a daily / Weekly basis against the query KPIs Raise credit notes where appropriate and post to the system Adhoc duties as requiredThe PersonDescribe the type of person to suit this role in terms of behaviours, skills and qualifications required.Essential Higher education at either A-Level or Degree Level, preferably within a financial or business context Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good Excel skills Good understanding of MS packages Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a wide and dynamic team Confident, professional, and outgoing personality High level of self- motivation and commitment Ability to work to tight deadlines and specified standards Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information Strong prioritisation skillsDesirable Competent in software packages such as InspHire, Access Dimensions Previous experience within construction industry sector Previous administration experience
