Job Description

  • Superb client relationship and management skills
  • Experience working in a content marketing agency environment is an advantage.
  • Whilst we dont have an office, you will be expected to work at The Old Bond Store a couple of days a week and for client or team meetings. Associate membership provided for you.

Youll have a rare combination of creative flair and analytical prowess, enabling you to analyse content performance, adjust strategies on the fly, and track ROI. Youll help guide content strategies and craft magnetic narrativesthat drive our clients businesses forward.With proven success in an agency environment, you know your way around a content calendar and can juggle clients, deadlines, and creative briefs with the grace of a circus performer.Key tasks:
  • Copywriting for client websites, researching and writing other types of content depending on client requirements, including (but not limited to) bids, award entries, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Creating social media content and managing channels for a broad mix of clients across all social media platforms. Maximising engagement and growing audiences using primarily organic content.
  • Report creation, individual KPI management and monthly client calls and rapport building.
  • Contributing to the marketing of Freedom-CS to secure new clients and achieve business growth goals. Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery offered to clients.
  • Design and implement changes, including systems that facilitate efficient workflows.
  • Working effectively with partners such as web developers, PR and PPC specialists to manage marketing projects for clients.
