Company culture is also something our clientis extremely big on, the caring and friendly environment will ensure you feel valued and part of the family.As a Production Operative, you will be trained to manufacture the contact lenses on multi-million pound semi-automated robotic machines. These machines are state of the art which have many different arms, sensors and lasers to ensure the accurate precisionof the contact lenses. As a Production Operative you will be fully trained to the highest standard in every aspect of the manufacturing process.No formal qualifications are required, however a background in Manufacturing/Production and Machine Operating is desirable.Full PPE will be provided for you to wear as maximum cleanliness is imperative to ensure the pristine standards of the workplace.You will receive world class training along with the opportunity to develop and grow in your career.Our client recognises the importance of a healthy work/home life balance, so for this reason their shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off and they are 12 hour shifts.
