You will help to manage the day to day running of business processes, including customer order management and accounts administration. It is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys being the glue that holds everything together. This company hasa fantastic small company can do’ ethos and the position will suit somebody who is happy to turn their hand to whatever is thrown at them!The roleYou will be responsible for the processes that support the Director and Office Manager. Duties will include:· PA support for the Director.· Arranging Meetings· Booking Hotels· Process sales invoices· Updating supplier orders· Doing bank reconciliation, inputting payments made· Ad hoc support to the sales team· Answering the phone, helping to deal with customer enquiriesIdeal candidateThe successful candidate will ideally come from a similar role where they have had to juggle lots of different things as the business requires it. You will need to be an excellent communicator who is able to ensure the effective day to day running of a busyoffice.
