Job Specification: Senior Lettings in South Woodford (£30,000 - £35,000 per annum) Company Overview: Bond Recruitment is working with a reputable real estate agency based in South Woodford. We specialize in residential lettings, sales, and property managementservices. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings professional to join our team. Position Overview: As a Senior Lettings, you will play a pivotal role in the companys success by generating new business, managing a team, andensuring office targets are met and exceeded. You will report directly to the Senior Director and the owner, providing regular updates and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Responsibilities: Generate and conduct market appraisals to assessproperty values accurately. Win instructions by showcasing our services and expertise. Focus on generating new business and building long-term, sustainable client relationships. Manage a team, including regular team meetings, holiday approvals, and reportingfor payroll. Provide weekly/monthly reports to the directors, keeping them informed about sales performance and progress. Ensure that office targets are consistently met and exceeded. Close deals by negotiating favorable terms for both landlords and tenants.Cross-sell sales, lettings, and property management services to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain high service levels, positive reviews, and uphold CRM data reporting systems. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in increasing market share withinthe real estate industry. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated success in winning and retaining new business.A motivator of people, inspiring team members to achieve their full potential. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. A full UK driving license is required for property viewings and client meetings. Industry-recognized qualificationssuch as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA are advantageous but not essential. Ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated, with a drive for personal and professional growth. Strong timekeeping and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. WorkingHours: Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday: 8.45 am - 6 pm. Saturday: 9.45 am - 4 pm. 5-day working week with a rota system: 1 in every 3 Saturdays off. Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending onexperience.
