A great opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well established independent Estate Agency based in South Woodford. Our client are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who are looking to maximise their earning potential.Some responsibilities but not limited:Dealing with sales enquiries face to face, telephone and emailRegistering new applicantsArranging and attending viewingsBooking valuation appointmentsFollowing up and carrying out feedback Building relationships with clientsEnsuring all procedures are carried out in line with company proceduresMarketing of propertiesUpdating multi-user software databaseKey skills:One years Estate Agency Sales experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalWell presented and professional approachMotivated and target drivenA positive can do attitude and self motivatedIT skillsA full driving licenceHours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pmSaturday 10am - 4pm with a day off in lieu in the weekOffered with a basic Salary £17,500 - £22,500 depending on experienceOTE £35,000 pa.
