Job Description

Account Manager |Account Management| Sales|Sales Executive | Sales Manager | Business Development |Reed are working with a global chemical distributor to recruit for an Account Manageron a full time, permanent basis to join their team at their offices based in Woodford.Due to extraordinary growth, they are looking foran individual tohelp identify sales opportunities, manage deals/accounts, and help achieve business targets. This role will then adapt to a Business Manager role to which the individual will become responsiblefor their own business unit/ portfolio of clients.Package: 23,00025,000 GBP gross annual salary. Following 6 month successful probation bonus of £2,000 will be added to salary + opportunity to work 1 day from home.** This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build a fulfilling career with the potential to achieve high earnings if youre successful in meeting and exceeding sales targets **Key ResponsibilitiesDeal making

  • Identifying profitable opportunities
  • Developing the deals
  • Obtaining authorization
  • Completing the frontend procedures to confirm the terms of the deals with all external parties
Deal Management
  • Ensuring the Logistics Officers have the information to service the deal, including any notes of requirements or expectations.
  • Monitoring progress of current business being handled by Logistics Officers.
  • Monitoring the outcome of the deals: quantitatively (financial and volumes) and qualitatively (customer experience, satisfaction of internal processes).
  • Monitoring working capital usage: stock, prepayments, debtors, cash, creditors, and accruals.
