Purpose of the role -The people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Your role will involve supporting individuals to live their lives to their maximum potential in a way that they want to. This will be a varied and diverse role, supporting the staff team day today and ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of the people we support.We are looking for -

  • Full time roles - 40 hours, 35 hours, 28hr Part-time roles
  • Options around long or short shifts depending on preference
  • Night-time roles40 hours
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • £10.20 per hour whilst on probation + paid 3 weeks training
  • £10.50 after a years service or at managers discretion
  • up to £11.55 per hour for Senior Support Workers

  • Comprehensive specialist training in autism, positive behavioural support, epilepsy, ARC Physical Intervention and medication administration. All staff are supported fully to complete their care certificate.
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays. all Public/Bank Holidays and substitute days are considered to be normal working days. You will also get an extra days annual leave on us for your birthday!
