Job Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Manager to work for a successful builders merchant in North Yorkshire. Our client is looking for someone who is customer service focused, highly motivated and keen to succeed. A starting salary of up to £50,000 plus commission and additional benefits. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate.The Role:

Managing the plumbing and heating department of the business
Working closely with other team members to ensure that the department is run successfully
Working with other departments to grow the business
Highlighting and implementing new processes when required
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Guiding customers through the range of products
Continuing to learn the industry and keep up to date with commercial changes
Working with customers throughout the entire process
Proactively developing relationships with clients, customers, and internal staff
Providing product advice, support, and knowledge
Dealing with queries over the phone, in person and via email

The Candidate:

Proven experience within management
Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry
Previous experience within a customer facing role
Someone who takes pride in themselves and their work
Ability to work under pressure
Outstanding customer service skills
Self-motivated, keen, and hard working
Energetic, welcoming, and friendly
