Job Description

I am working in partnership with an exciting, progressive, business based in Skelton-in-Cleveland who are looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join their team.The Customer Service Administrator will provide excellent telephone-based customer support to customers who have queries relating to deliveries and returns or would like to place an order by phone.Responsibilities

  • To manage customer queries, end to end, providing a prompt and efficient service
  • Liaising with Couriers regards to missing items, proof of deliveries, loss claims
  • Liaising with Warehouse personnel regards to CCTV of certain customer queries
  • Processing sales returns promptly and efficiently, raising the associated credit notes and keeping customers informed
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from the customers ordering line and enter orders onto software during the call
  • Accurately enter new customer information into CRM database
  • General office administration and clerical functions
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin duties within the department during times when the phone is quiet or to cover holidays
Requirements:
  • Excellent and confident communications skills
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to diffuse potentially difficult situations with customers
  • Computer skills, confident with Microsoft office programs Excel & Word
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as operating effectively as part of a broader team
