Job Description

Engineering TechnicianJob Title: Engineering TechnicianLocation: York Sector / Industry: ManufacturingJob Reference: LM1802XNIm currently recruiting for an opportunity for an experienced engineering technician to join a global, established manufacturing company in Middlesborough. This role benefits from a great shift pattern on days and will particularly suit someone who is looking to move into a steadier working pattern.The main purpose of the role will be to maintain production equipment. There will be an electrical bias in this role so you will need to have experience of DC variable speed drives..Package Details:

  • Hours of work: 7am – 2.30pm
    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of production machinery
  • Installations
  • Repairing faults
  • Locating faults
    • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience of electrical installation and maintenance from any manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of DC speed drive systems
