The role will be promoting the benefits of 6G Internet to both Residential and Commercial Landlords as we expand our networkacross the North West and beyond.There are huge advantages to both the Landlord and all their respective tenants in using our broadband facilities, including, no set up costs for the Landlord and fully internet ready properties across their portfolio.Duties and Responsibilities: Producing regular and insightful reporting to help analyse performance and forecast.Predict on-going pipeline opportunitiesComplete sales forecasts and sales activity reportsDevelopment and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.Defining key growth areas to targetResearch customer base and establishing commerciality and financial viability of the customersStrategically plan campaigns with regards to customer and geographical demographicsResearching and understanding market developments and technology trendsPerson SpecificationA full driving licencePrevious experience of selling business services in the East Lancashire area on a face to face basis.Able to evidence experience where your Sales skills have led to significant success and increase in revenueComfortable networking with local business ownersYou will be analytical, and detail orientated and possess the ability to interpret and manipulate data.Strong leadership skills with high levels of assertiveness combined with emotional intelligenceAbility to evaluate, assess and develop strategy to increase team performance levelsCommercially astute and able to understand pricing, P&Ls, delivery costs and marginsExperience in establishing the most effective routes to marketA basic salary of 35 to 40k is on offer plus a potential OTE of 55k.
