MRShas recognised their outstanding B2B research and resourcing within the company has meant that they are hiring more and more therefore alleviating workloads and improving work-life balance for all staff.Now, theyre looking for a passionate and creative Research Manager to grow within their unique agency environment and help to build momentum for global brands by offering research that is visually engaging, creative and insightful. You could be testinga range of new brand launches for Coca-Cola, VR prototyping for Shell or unearthing audience needs across the FMCG space. InterestedKEY DUTIES

  • You will be collaborating with project managers to assist with recruitment and devising research tools (i.e. setting up platforms for digital qual projects)
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team and creatively interpret qualitative research findings to develop compelling insights
  • As Research Manager you will lead on report writing, editing briefs and presenting client debriefs
  • Contribute to an ongoing cultural trends programme while working with the creative team to deliver outputs that communicate insights in clear and compelling ways
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • You are able to extract key insights from both qualitative and quantitative research with a broad range of qualitative expertise
  • Able to generate insights, pull key themes and patterns from qualitative research findings
  • An interest in contributing to fieldwork i.e. ethnography, depth interviews, moderating focus groups
  • A creative thinker with experience developing insightful proposals
