Job Description

Land ManagerShoreditch, LondonStarting salary from to £40,000 up to £50,000, depending upon experiencePLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE circa £70,000 - £75,000 in year 15 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.00pm, Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, Saturday (only an occasional basis) 10:00am to 4:00pmRequirementsCurrently, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic property professional with significant experience in Land Acquisition and Development, to be based in our flagship Shoreditch branch. You will assist with managing our Land & New Homes team, whohave built up an enviable reputation as experts in their field in London and the surrounding areas, whilst actively seeking out new opportunities for land acquisitions and developments specifically focused on the B2B relationships.As a Land Manager, your main responsibilities will be to;

  • Actively manage the team of land consultants, setting and monitoring KPIs to achieve team revenue targets
  • Source and target opportunities for potential new developments
  • Produce development appraisals and market analysis for specific sites / locations
  • Perform weekly touting
  • Attend site visits
  • Negotiate offers to acquire land on behalf of clients
  • Provide client feedback
The ideal candidate would have/ be;
  • Proven work experience within the Property industry for 2 years minimum, at a senior level.
  • Proven experience managing a team of consultants will be essential
  • An understanding of the residential sales sector, including the local market, key legislation influencing the industry and marketing and sales strategies would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills to build long-standing relationships
  • Confident with all levels of negotiations and passionate about closing deals
  • Tenacious and resilient with a high drive to succeed
