A New York based Indi Bridal new boutique opening in LondonWe are looking for experienced bridal Senior stylist or stylist with 3 years background within the same industry.Helping brides find the one is exhilarating andrewarding, and also takes energy, enthusiasm, and maturity. We are open Wednesday-Sunday, so the ideal candidate is flexible, funloving, and likes to create an environment that feels like a party, but is organized like a workplace.As our Senior Stylist, you…• Are warm, engaging, outgoing and energetic• Exude positivity and is a creator of calm• Are a great listener and confidante• Are an excellent communicator• Love the thrill of styling a bride to perfection• Are a problem solver, go getter, hustler extraordinaire• Are mature and collected in resolving conflicts• Have a knack for persuasion and low-pressure selling• Are willing, able and excited to balance multiple tasks and duties• Can work autonomously, as well as a great team leader• Are motivated and genuinely enjoy motivating othersResponsibilities• Work as the key Senior Stylist in the shop assisting customers during appointments andprovide guidance on styling and product knowledge while being a leader on process andtechnique• Work alongside the Store Manager to train staff in improving sales techniques andclosing ratios• Mentor and motivate other stylists• Meeting and exceeding monthly personal and store sales goals• Work closely with Shop Manager on product selections for the shop and sales analysis• Managing client follow up and interactions post-sale• Become a product expert on all Lovely Bride products and policies• Lead the team in add on sales, encouraging accessories and increasing AUR• Merchandise showroom and maintain sales floor freshness• Fill in for Store Manager when called upon• Be a mature, positive representation for our brand to other stylist, clients, and industrycontactsRequirements- 3-5 years of bridal retail experience- Strong work ethic and a positive demeanor- Obsessed with customer satisfaction- Sales Oriented- Eye for style and accessorizing- Experience with POS or Order Management software.Schedule & Compensation- 40 hours a week- 5-day work week, Tuesday-Sunday- Base salary £30k-£36k+commission on sales and bonus- 28 days paid holiday to include bank holidays- Pension Scheme
