They are leading specialist in this sector and their services are designed to improve capacity, efficiency and quality across the cardiac diagnosticsindustry. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be joining a fast-paced, award-winning recruitment business, who are market leaders in their sector. You will us your excellent customer service skills to attract the very best candidates. Ensuring they are supported throughthe onboarding process will be a main priority so we can give them the very best journey within Xyla Elective Care.In this role you will:-

  • Headhunt, sourcing applicants from job boards, screening applicants, co-ordinating the completion of pre-start compliance documentation
  • Organise your own workload & prioritizeaccordingly
  • Utilisejob boards, social media, website and a variety of other methodsto advertise roles
  • Ensuring a robust pipeline is built for the business development pipeline andincreasing database through the referral scheme.
  • Liaising closely with Partnerships, Service Delivery and Clinical Ops to establish,maintain and re-engage with staff, as appropriate

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment whilst posessing strong IT skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or the NHS would be desirable.
