Job Description

Are you a Software Developer with 1.5 - 3 years commercial experience with JavaRead on!Java Software Developer - SaaS SolutionsSalary - up to £55k + bonusLocation - 1 day a week in modern London officeWe have a fantastic brand-new opportunity for a Java Software Developer to join a fast-growing London-based technology SME that provides digital and SaaS solutions for a number of UK companies and government functions.Their admirable dedication and customer focus has already contributed to significant annual growth and driven long-standing partnerships with the likes of the Ministry of Defense, HM Treasury, and the Departments of Work & Pensions and International Trade.They are looking for a motivated Java Software Developer with experience with:

  • Java
  • Spring
  • Microservices
  • Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes
  • Developing cloud-native applications with AWS, GCP, Azure
  • SQL, NoSQL and other tools and scripting skills
You are expected to have:
  • A solid comprehension of Object-Oriented concepts
  • Written high-performance large-scale applications
  • Experience in an Agile environment with TDD and paired programming
  • CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins
  • Familiarity writing and realising unit tests, and using Git
