IT Support Analyst - 2nd Line, AD, Exchange, Intune, VMWareOur leading London Market Insurer client are currently looking for a new IT Support Analyst (2nd Line, AD, Exchange, Intune, VMWare) to join them on a permanent basis.The IT Support Analyst will work as part of the IT Service Desk, providing a customer focused and proactive service to resolve end users IT issues. You will take ownership and deliver resolution of issues, as well as investigate queries that are not immediatelyresolvable.
