They are a leading specialist in this sector and their services are designed to improve capacity, efficiency and quality across the cardiac diagnosticsindustry.As a Governance administrator, you will be joining a fast-paced, award-winning business, who are market leaders in their sector. Using your strong governance background knowledge, you will identify ways to improve processes & service delivery whilst implementingprogrammes and processes that increase overall development,engagement, and retention. This is a truly exciting role where you will be given full support to progress and develop!In this role you will:-

  • Directly support the Chief Divisional Governance Officer and ChiefNurse with administration (meetings, minutes, preparation of packs)
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track actions arising from meetings, projects,and key governance tasks
  • Support teams in the identification of incidents and risks from operationalactivities and ensure these are reported on internal systems.
  • Review guidance and assess applicability to servicescoordinate monthlyreviews and track actions required.
  • Provide support to heads of department in managing their risk registersand ensure submissions are collated and up to date for monthlymeetings.
  • Produce regular internal reports/dashboards for the division to facilitatemeetings.

  • Governance experience, preferably within the NHS or outstanding private institution
  • Experience of working with and developing Datix/IQ Cloud modulesExperience of dealing with requests for data to support the production of service and Trust-level reports.
  • Experience of investigating and writing incident reports and complaint responses
