Job Description

Audio Visual (AV) Specialist - Law Firm, AV, Audio VisualOur leading law firm client are currently looking to take on a new Audio Visual (AV) Specialist (Law Firm, AV, Audio Visual) to join them on a permanent basis. Our client are a global powerhouse with over 3000 users operating in over 10 countries worldwide.As the AV specialist for this firm you will be responsible for the technical support and operation of all AV components and technical equipment. This includes conference rooms, all display types, codecs, microphones and control systems.To be considered for this Audio Visual (AV) Specialist (Law Firm, AV, Audio Visual) role, you will ideally have:

  • 1-3 Years experience within an Audio Visual position.
  • Law firm or other professional service experience.
Job responsibilites:
  • Ensuring that all conference rooms are outfitted with appropriate audio-visual and technology components based on size of room and functionality requirements.
  • Performing daily checks of conference rooms to ensure that all equipment is working properly and coordinating with audio-visual technology vendors when repairs/maintenance is needed.
  • Operating conference room equipment when necessary (e.g. starting videoconference call, setting camera and microphone positions, performing live switching during videoconference, transitioning through presentations, etc.).
  • Monitoring the firm’s conference room scheduling system to ensure that technology inventory levels meet the needs of the scheduled meetings.
  • Providing additional end-user technical support as needed.
