We have 2 new Support Worker vacancies in the Sherbourne area with an award-winning care provider to provide care and support for adults with a learning disability and associated needs.Were looking for enthusiastic and reliable people with a good sense of humour.This is an excellent employer and the package is well above market average.No two days are the same in care which is certainly the case at this service, where there are all sorts of fun activities and outings happening all the time.Clients at this service have complex needs and behaviours, so you will need to be confident and ideally have some experience of what this entails, following a positive behavioural support plan to achieve best outcomes for clients.The home is situated within close proximity of local bus services and local shops, churches, green spaces, pubs and hairdresser/barbers, but due to the shift patterns involved, it is essential to be a driver with own car.Applicants must have a background in Learning Disabilities support and Positive Behaviour Support and a relevant NVQ (or equivalent).For more information on these or any other roles available through RB Social Care, give us a call.RB Social Care is a certified Disability Confident Committed Employer.
