Job Description

My client is a well-established Nursing home based in Dorset with a great reputation for the support and nursing care they give. This particular position is in a well run elderly home of 40 residents in Sherbourne. This home can boast about the newly refurbished dining room and amazing conservatory leading onto a peaceful garden with amazing pond which makes it a great place for residents and staff.They are recruiting for a Deputy Manager , you will be:-

  • Working at their Residential Service in Dorset.
  • Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to residents and staff.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager
  • Working 40 hours a week.
    • Skills / Background Needed
  • Be living within travelling distance to Sherbourne in Dorset.
  • Great level of care track record needed and experience managing a team
  • Experience of working within a home of similar residents and similar size.
  • Previous experience as a deputy manager
