An exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our clients established, highly regarded and expanding team in Sherborne.The team have a wealth of experience and is well respected. They have solicitors from newly qualified, to 20 years plus, along with highly experienced legal executives and paralegals. All fee earners have good support from trained legal secretaries.The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience and ideally be a full member of STEP. As well as having a good technical expertise in all areas of Private Client, including Wills, Probate, Tax Planning, Powers ofAttorney and elderly client matters.You will demonstrate an ability to work both under your own initiative and as part of the wider team in Sherborne and across all their offices.
