Job Description

Our client in the hospitality industry based in Sherbourne require a Hotel Receptionist to join their team on a full time permanent basis.The role will involve:

  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Check ins
  • Taking bookings
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Upselling services
  • The working hours vary for this role but will involve an 8 hour shift between 7am-11pm and the role will be working 5 days a week, working 40 hours per week and will include some weekends.With the role being in a hotel there may also be Bank Holiday shifts if you are rotad on.If you have great customer service and looking for a new role then apply today.
