To assist in the management and delivery of a high quality care and support service to older people within the Trusts retirement communities who have a wide range of care, support and health-care needs.Our Senior Care and Support Workers ensure our care and support services are delivered smoothly and efficiently and residents/customers are receiving the tailored care and support that they need. They organise the staff rota and possess the ability to respondquickly to changing needs, often at short notice.
