If you think you have the passion to make an impact as part of the Thatchers family, this is the role for you.The RoleAs the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and develop our quality management system and standards, driving a company-wide culture of quality.Leading a programme of continuous improvement, you will provide technical guidance on current and potential requirements, ensuring all policies and procedures are understood and successfully implemented across the organisation.Ensuring standards are maintained and improved, youll lead programmes of training and development for employees.
