The best part Were just getting started.Due to our continued success and site expansion, were now looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team, working across our production facilities on site, here at Myrtle Farm.The Rolewhat youll be doingAre you someone who enjoys fault finding and solving problems Then working as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer here at Thatchers will be just the role for you! The role is all about improving efficiencies across our whole production site. No two days willbe the same.As a Maintenance Engineer here at Thatchers, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks around the site to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will also be responsible for looking after sub-contractors on site, to ensure theymeet our high standards. It goes without saying that you will work in accordance with our health and safety procedures.Specifically, you will:- Undertake planned maintenance, liaising with production departments- Ensure that our machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime- Provide rapid breakdown support- Diagnose faults and research solutions to stop re-occurring breakdowns- Establish different maintenance procedures and protocols- Conduct and oversee maintenance process auditsAbout YouThe Thatchers team is action-orientated, adaptable and resourceful with high levels of resilience to compete in an exciting yet competitive marketplace.
