Residents are at the heart of what we do and the Estates and Porter team enjoy theirday to day contact with our them. Youll possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a very varied role - we will train you as a fire marshal; youll manage waste and recycling collection; support in extreme weathers; assist with siteevents; drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries; check resident pendants; support postal deliveries, and so much more!So, if youre looking for something new and truly varied with a strong people focus, then look no further.£21,860.80 basic per annum, plus weekend and night enhancements where applicable. This is a permanent role of 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rota, working 4 out of 6 weekends.
