They ensure the safety and security of our residents, staff and external visitors - responding to incidents, emergencies and supporting the day to day running of our services.As part of a team, youll be responsible for maintaining building and grounds security, while continually providing a safe environment in which the residents can enjoy life. Residents are at the heart of what we do and the Estates and Porter team enjoy theirday to day contact with our them. Youll possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a very varied role - we will train you as a fire marshal; youll manage waste and recycling collection; support in extreme weathers; assist with siteevents; drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries; check resident pendants; support postal deliveries, and so much more!So, if youre looking for something new and truly varied with a strong people focus, then look no further.£21,860.80 basic per annum, plus weekend and night enhancements where applicable. This is a permanent role of 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rota, working 4 out of 6 weekends.
