An opportunity has arisen with BAE Systems within Europe Supply Chain for a Supply Chain Professional to work in the Contract 3 Spares and Repairs Red Team. This role is critical to the ongoing success of the order books, managing customer demands and willrequire use of multiple I.T. Systems (IFS / Infor LN). The candidate should have effective communication and interpersonal skills alongside an ability to analyse and interpret data with a good level of attention to detail. Recent experience within a SupplyChain Demand Management role in support of Maintenance /after sales market environments is desirable. Reporting to the C3 Red Team leader Working through the backlog list (~3000 order lines), checking all systems, process steps and aligning the order to give confidence in the data to the customer. Responsibilities: - Cleansing the C3 order book for Spares and Repairs, checking all systems are aligned and back to back and providing the customer confidence in the data in the order book. - Liaising with stakeholders such as Procurement, Project Management, European customers, managing customer orders/expectations, building customer relations by protecting BAES brand. The candidate must be good with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Communication, Team Working and Motivation are essential.
