Manufacturing Training Coordinator £23.44 PAYE per hour 6 Months 37 Hours per week (hybrid working) Salmesbury Inside IR35 We currently have a vacancy for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator for a leading Aerospace company based in Salmesbury. As Training Coordinator, you will be employed in the technical training team supporting the delivery of the Warton Operations training plan. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning the training needs for Warton Operations. Your main responsibilities as a Training Coordinator will involve: Arrange and book external training with Shared Services as per external training plan Room bookings for training Act as host for external trainers Facilitate training attendance with Line Managers Support the roll out of training solutions Ensure training dashboard are accurate through liaison with line managers Ensure training Dashboard aligns to the BAE training Platform Use Excel to create training reports and use functionality to create analytics Support managers in the assignment of training to employees learning plans Support Warton Unit training reviews Support Technical Trainers with training record updates Create the 5-year IBP training requirements for Warton Operations Support the IBP reforecast activity Support Technical Trainers with internal training planning Manage the storage of training documentation in accordance with relevant policies and standards ie Responsible document management and General Data Protection Regulation. Your skills and qualifications: Essential: Advanced Excel Skills Previous experience working in a Training Delivery environment Knowledge and understanding of planning and coordination of Training Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage heavy workload and challenges whilst working flexibly and proactively The ability to manage effective relationships at all levels and to work effectively as a team member Excellent communication skills both written and oral Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite. Creating, updating and consolidating PowerPoint and Word documents Desirable: Previous Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment Project Management knowledge and skills Time served apprentice and NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification (i.e.: City and Guilds) in an engineering or manufacturing related subject. CIPD L3 qualification Recognised training qualification What we are looking for in you: Excellent communication skills both written and oral. The ability to manage training needs across a large organisation. You will have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of an integral team whilst also being confident inworking independently. You will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
