Apprentice & Early Careers Coach Blackburn £22.46/hr PAYE plus hols 6 month contract An exciting contract role working with our client BAE Systems based at Samlesbury has arisen. You will deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business.We are looking for someone to take professional pride in their role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment.Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with frameworks/standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competenceCoach employees and learners to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey.Design and develop learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence.Develop learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence.The role holder will:Enact effective programme delivery that utilises a coaching and blended learning pedagogy to train, monitor, develop and assess apprentices against relevant qualification Standards/ frameworks in support of them attaining occupational competence. Ensure effective recording / reporting of performance data in support of delivery outstanding outcomes for learners. The coaching and development of employees and learners through off-the job training courses, welfare support and careers guidance to aid their progression, attainment and transition into the business. Ensure a Safety First culture is embedded in all activities or courses delivered to employees & learners Embed modern learning practice such as skills competitions and problem-based learning as an integral part of the learning and assessment programme. Develop programme content and teaching, learning and assessment methodologies to meet individual learner and business needs. Coach, develop and inspire learners to achieve their full potential and become autonomous employees. Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes Effective stakeholder engagement to ensure practitioner skills and programme content is current and aligned to business needs. The coaching and development of learners through progress reviews, welfare support and careers guidance to aid their progression, attainment and transition into the business. Completion of learners into final positions. Assist in the recruitment and selection of learners. Support additional projects associated with training activities e.g. Princes Trust.
