Supply Chain Professional; 12 month contract; 37 hours a week; £19.24 per hour PAYE; Inside IR35 An exciting opportunity has arisen working for BAE Systems within Europe Supply Chain for a Supply Chain Professional to work in the TyTAN Surge order book management team. This role is managing customer demands and will require use of multiple I.T. Systems(IFS / Infor LN) The candidate should have effective communication and interpersonal skills alongside an ability to analyse and interpret data with a good level of attention to detail. Recent experience within a Supply Chain Demand Management role in supportof Maintenance /after sales market environments is desirable. The role will invove order book management across for the TyTAN Surge, supporting all activities, liaising with stakeholders such as Procurement, Project Management, European customers, managing customer orders/expectations, building customer relations by protectingthe brand and attending orderbook reviews. Key activities of the role; - Management of the TyTAN Surge order books - Liaise with procurement / suppliers to expedite existing orders. - Liaising with PM team and the European customer to manage priorities and dependencies. - Attend regular Customer reviews / meetings and report against demand status. - Maintain topicality of all Customer order book reporting. The candidate must be good with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent communication and team working skills are essential.
