Job Description

Then this ProductionAdministrator position may be right for you.Youll be working for Pasquill in Redhill. Pasquill specialises in the production of timber engineered products to the construction industry and is the largest supplier of trussed rafters in the UK. Pasquill is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brandsin the UK.This is a full-time permanent role, that sees you working 8-4:30 Monday to FridayWhat you will be doing:Our Production admins are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure our customers receive a great service, plus develop and maintain office systems and paperwork

Maintain and manage Purchase Orders, including booking in and managing invoices
Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet customer and branch demands, and take part in stock takes
Deal with customer queries and ensure they are resolved quickly, providing excellent customer service at all times
Support the scheduling of transport to ensure deliveries are met on time
Carry out general office duties
Create manufacturing and delivery paperwork

As a quick learner, youll always put the customer first and im to give the best customer experience possible. As wellas being highly organised and computer literate

Excellent telephone skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent administration skills, especially accuracy with figures, accurate data input, efficient filing systems
Great ability in prioritising workload and managing your time effectively
Computer literate & Maths/English GCSE or equivalent
Great customer service skills
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to learn and create
