Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveLocation: SaintfieldSalary and Benefits: £21,500- £24,000 per annum (dep on experience).Hours of work: Mon- Thurs 9am-5pm. Fri 9am-4pmEmployment Type- PermanentThe Right Client-Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a non for profit Organisation to recruit for a Sales and Marketing Executive. Central to their work if a profound and compassionate approach to understanding their clients needs and providing knowledgeand resources for them to incorporate these into their own professional practice.My client is a successful Family Run Business with a strong team focus, the atmosphere is professional and hardworking but also informal.All members of the team help with the running of events/conferences, which creates an opportunity to meet clients face to face.The Right role:Sales:

  • Selling conference tickets, exhibition stands (Hybrid/Live & Virtual) and advertising space to a wide range of both existing and new relevant organisations from a variety of sectors/professions.
  • Identifying, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients via telephone calls and emails to secure future repeat business.
  • Preparing sales emails.
  • Being proactive in researching leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with other organisations / membership bodies.
  • Assisting Sales Manager with sales and marketing strategies to promote the portfolio of the business.
  • Securing sales by providing the right solution and creating the relevant package, providing clients with all the options they may require by researching the clients business and clearly explaining the benefits of exhibiting/advertising.
Marketing:
  • Analysing data from previous events to inform future sales and marketing strategies
  • Work alongside Marketing Manager to create, schedule, post and analyse social media / email marketing campaigns
  • Sending mailchimp emails to our large database of subscribers
  • Identifying local and international Organisations who can promote the organisation
The Right Fit:
  • Ongoing training and support will be provided - but a high level of enthusiasm, motivation, flexibility and a willingness to learn are key requirements to the role.
  • Self-motivation and positive work ethic are essential alongside excellent written and oral communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good time management skills required and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • IT literate, with MS Office experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a strong team
  • A good sense of humour is essential.
