Job Description

Membership Admin CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Membership Admin Coordinator to join a leading organisation based in Saintfield.This is a Full-Time, Permanent positionWorking hours: MondayThursday 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm (Hybrid working Mon-Wed Office and Thurs-Fri HomeWith a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annumJob Role:As Membership Admin Coordinator, you will be the liaison between the organisation and the members. You will be responsible for all aspects of memberships, servicing as the first point of contact for related questions to organising events.Essential Criteria:

  • 3 years experience working in an office environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Officeparticularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workloadadhering to deadlines
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handling all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding membership
  • Processing membership applications, renewals, and resignations
  • Maintaining and updating membership records
  • Assisting with member communication activities
  • Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports
  • Working with the Business Development Manager to implement strategies to recruit new members, both locally and internationally
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to track membership revenue
  • Preparing membership marketing materials
  • Coordinating networking events, online webinars and learning events for existing and prospective members
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to promote the network
  • Working closely with our Associate partners
  • Booking venues for live networking meetings
  • Online webinars: Setting up the zoom links, building the agenda for the monthly webinars, designing the content, and corresponding with members ahead of and after the webinar
  • Managing both all webinars including learning webinars and the new members webinars
  • Producing reports to track revenue and growth
