Job Description

Marketing ExecutiveAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a leading team based in Saintfield.This is a Full-Time, permanent position.Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm and Fridays: 9am-4pm.Hybrid workingMon to Wed office and Thurs/Fri WFHSalary: From £27,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)Job Role:Working closely with the Directors and the team, you will be integral in supporting and promoting all business events including the online membership platform, Network, with creative and engaging marketing campaigns.Essential Criteria:

  • Level 5 qualification in marketing or another relevant qualification
  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of social media, trends, algorithms, and other online marketing channels
  • A high level of competency and computer literacy
  • Proven examples of ROI to be presented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create and deliver email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. These campaigns should be optimised and segmented
  • Plan, create and deliver social media marketing campaigns on various social media platforms. Research and experiment with new platforms as they emerge, and report back to the team on their potential
  • Ensure that all marketing content is fresh, creative, relevant, and engaging
  • Monitor social media pages, responding to and directing enquires in a professional manner. In addition, report on social media activity on a weekly basis
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, across all marketing channels
  • Build and maintain a database of membership organisations with similar audiences that can be used as marketing channels where required
  • Regularly report on marketing results, including website analytics, marketing campaign effectiveness and audience growth. These should include recommendations for optimisation and improvement based on learnings
  • Report on delegate feedback surveys, including how these results should impact future event planning and strategies
  • Assist with the maintaining of websites, including SEO, uploading content and ensuring all content is up to date and accurate
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesion between the sales and marketing strategies
  • Support the wider team in managing upcoming events, webinars, and product releases
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and other work-related calendar events
  • Manage marketing budgets and calculate the ROI
