This role requires digitalmarketing skills across multiple marketing channels including email marketing, paid and organic social media marketing, PPC, SEO and coordinating with website management.The Right role: Plan, create and deliver email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. These campaigns should be optimised and segmented. Plan, create and deliver social media marketing campaigns on various social media platforms. Research and experiment with new platforms as they emerge, and report back to the team on their potential. Ensure that all marketing content is fresh, creative, relevant and engaging Monitor social media pages, responding to and directing enquires in a professional manner. In addition, report on social media activity on a weekly basis. Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, across all marketing channels Build and maintain a database of membership organisations with similar audiences that can be used as marketing channels where required. Regularly report on marketing results, including website analytics, marketing campaign effectiveness and audience growth. These should include recommendations for optimisation and improvement based on learnings.The Right Fit: Level 5 qualification in marketing or another relevant qualification. Minimum of three years experience in a similar role. Knowledge of social media, trends, algorithms and other online marketing channels. A high level of competency and computer literacy. Effective time management skills. Creative flare Keen eye for detail Strong work ethic, sense of humour, team spirit and drive to help others
