Summary We are looking for a Coastal Adviser to join our internal Consultancy Service at National Trust in Northern Ireland.Working alongside property, regional and national colleagues, and external stakeholders the post holderwill advocate for improved coastalpolicy, raise awareness of coastal processes, plan for change and manage some specific coastal projects.National Trust in Northern Ireland looks after 108 miles of coast - 22% of the coastline and includes internationally renowned coastal landscapes in NI such as the Giants Causeway, Murlough Nature Reserve and much of Strangford Lough. Given the extent ofour coastal land holdings, we are well placed to provide leadership and be an advocate for better management of and access to Northern Irelands coastline. The Coastal Adviser will provide a focus for our coastal activities, raise awareness about our workand lead our advocacy for coast in Northern Ireland. The opportunity to champion coastal management, adaptation and nature recovery is an important element of our organisation-wide Land, Outdoors and Nature ambitions.
